Training is an important issue within the business and we implement continuous staff training in all relevant area’s. Our apprentice training is in conjunction with JTL. Our apprentice’s complete a four year formal training, combining block/day release basis and site ‘hands on’ practical training.
Safety is another important recognised part of our business. Our Health & Safety procedures are proactive and stringently enforced.
