Q; Can JSE only maintain and repair specific manufacturers equipment?

A; Because JSE are not tied to any one manufacturer our engineers have training that covers many manufacturers equipment. For example in the case of ‘Door Entry’ and ‘Warden Call Systems’ we service and maintain Tynetec, Tunstall, Select, GDX & DK&F systems to name a few.

In some case’s our clients equipment is obsolete but in good working order and because of the size of the installation, it is cost effective to allow us to repair individual components.
The problem with employing a specific ‘Door Entry Contractor’ etc, means they are only conversant with there own systems and are unable to repair any other manufacturers systems.

This means if you have several systems throughout your properties you may end up requiring more than one company and this becomes confusing for staff when required to call out an engineer, with JSE you only need us!

This means JSE can price for a complete installation, supplying as required builders, joiners, plumbers etc. This relieves our clients from the trouble of finding all trades and then organizing them to work together to complete an installation.

JSE Solutions has yet another accreditation being an government endorsed electrical services provider and can now proudly boast the Governments Trust Mark, here’s the official key benefits from Trust Mark:

What makes TrustMark so worthwhile?

A firm’s technical skills have been independently checked through regular on-site inspections, as well as checks on their trading record and financial status; Firms have signed up to a code of practice that includes insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care;

The approved scheme operator has checked and will continue to monitor the firm’s quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction;

Firms are able to offer an Insurance Backed Warranty;

Deposit Protection Insurance is available for consumers in the event a firm should cease trading;

Firms will be able to tell you about any building regulations you must comply with and may also be able to provide appropriate certificates;

If you have a problem or disagreement with the firm, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help resolve the issue;

The scheme is fully supported by Government, the building industry and consumer protection groups.

All of these checks will give you – Peace of Mind

If a firm displays our TrustMark logo you know that we have approved and inspected the firm through one of our scheme operators and found that the firm meets the required Government endorsed criteria as described above.

On large projects, key personnel would be introduced at an early stage to ’set up’ the necessary systems and programming to manage any project. At the appropriate time site manager would be installed and tradesmen given start dates. The site manager would have full responsibility for project activities and the authority to make decisions, reporting on a regular basis to the clients project management team.

The extent of site management requirements on minor contract works, would be determined by content and duration of each individual project.
