Project Management

JSE Project Management are able to provide highly skilled and experienced office and site based personnel, to successfully execute the clients requirements.

On large projects, key personnel would be introduced at an early stage to ’set up’ the necessary systems and programming to manage any project. At the appropriate time site manager would be installed and tradesmen given start dates. The site manager would have full responsibility  for project activities and the authority to make decisions, reporting on a regular basis to the clients project management team.

The extent of site management requirements on minor contract works, would be determined by content and duration of each individual project.

Sub Contractors

JSE will, with the agreement of the client, utilise the services of approved specialist sub contractors, in connection with, but not limited to;

  • Scaffolding
  • Heavy Lifting
  • Steel Work/Welders
  • Fibre Optics
  • Computer Based Systems

The assessment of prospective sub contractors, is provided for within JSE quality procedures.

Planning

JSE recognize and understand the client’s objectives to complete ON TIME and WITHIN BUDGET. JSE also recognize that to achieve the desired results, effective planning and progress monitoring systems are essential.

Inspection & Testing

JSE inspect, test and issue appropriate certificate and documentation in accordance with clients specified requirements and statutory regulations.
